ClickBank & Refunds
When using ClickBank to process your payments, you have to expect more refund requests because they will honor any refund request within 60.
I know this. It doesn’t bother me like it does some people.
However, it does bother me when a person asks for support, the download again or replies to a receipt asking about a different order and ClickBank REFUNDS it.
Yes, some of ClickBanks employees refund everything that comes across their screen. Makes me wonder if they are even reading the emails or just refunding.
Luckily, it doesn’t happen a lot. I’ve only had it happen 4 times in the past 6 months. The most recent being today.
Each time this happens, I ask ClickBank if they read the email or why they refunded the purchase. Only to receive a “oops that was a mistake, ask the buyer to repurchase again” type of reply.
Of course I don’t ask them to pay again and I help them with their issue. I’m not going to punish my client for ClickBanks errors.
It just means I lost time and money
Perphaps the new ticket system will help with this issue.
